Presstek, a leading supplier of digital offset printing solutions to the printing and communications industries, has bolstered its European presence with the formation of Presstek Deutschland GmbH. This new subsidiary will serve customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with its headquarters in Mühlheim am Main. The establishment of Presstek Deutschland GmbH will enable Presstek to operate more efficiently in Europe by strengthening its sales and service network within the region.

Presstek Deutschland GmbH follows the recent formation of Presstek France and Presstek Asia and will report to Presstek’s European organization in London.
Presstek Deutschland GmbH will work closely with its specialist dealer network in the region, which includes Heinrich Baumann Grafisches Centrum GmbH & Co. KG from Frankfurt am Main, Rolf Schmidt KG in Ronnenberg, Friedrich W. Beck GmbH & Co. KG from Lübeck, and WIFAG GmbH in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, specializing in Presstek DI® digital offset presses. BETA EDV Service- und Vertriebs GmbH from Mühlheim and Mitsubishi in Dusseldorf will focus on Presstek’s computer-to-plate solutions and printing plates. Presstek’s distribution partner in Switzerland is AM Digital AG in Cham/CH.
