Soboco (Tunis, Tunisia) used to package its Halwa (high-energy paste) in transparent rectangular trays with adhesive labels. Since 2009 they have introduced 3 sizes (200 g, 350 g and 750 g) with IML onto the market. As well as the aesthetic aspect, where the focus was mainly on the photographic quality IML can offer, costs were also cut. After all, Soboco previously had to decorate everything itself again, whereas now finished packaging hits the filling lines. On the lid it was decided to work with orange peel, in combination with a specific colour for each flavour. The beaker uses a ‘standard transparent film’ and has good colour intensity thanks to our ‘superwhite’ technology. Compared to last year, Soboco recorded a clear increase in sales of its ‘Halwa’.
