OXY® Benefits from Airless Dispensing

The latest range from leading US acne treatment brand OXY® is using Magic Star and CD Smart dispensers from RPC Bramlage-Wiko to provide accurate and convenient dosing of shaving products.
 
OXY® best-selling lotions and treatments, manufactured by Mentholatum, are clinically proven to help prevent and treat teenage male acne sufferers. The brand has recently launched a range of shaving solutions that combine OXY® deep pore cleansing with exfoliation, conditioning and sun protection for a gentle shaving experience.
Mentholatum, keen to differentiate the range on-shelf from conventional shaving products, approached RPC Bramlage-Wiko USA and was quick to recognize the advantages of metered-dose airless pumps, whose unique performance is relatively rare in the US shaving market. RPC’s Magic Star range offers controlled dosing and hygienic application across a range of viscosities, while its ingenious and easy-to-use airless dispensing system provides the required amount of product in one measure, avoiding the inconvenience of multiple dispenses.
 
Two sizes of the Magic Star have been selected for the OXY® shave range. OXY® Shave Cream Acne Fighting Formula benefits from a large 150 mL size, while a smaller 50 mL model is used for two products: OXY® Daily Moisturizer Oil-Free SPF 15 Formula, and OXY® Post-Shave Lotion Acne Fighting Formula.
 
For a fourth product in the range – OXY® Spot Treatment Acne Fighting Gel Formula – RPC Bramlage-Wiko USA suggested the use of its CD Smart dispenser in a compact 15 mL size. CD Smart has been designed for modern appeal, with a slim cylindrical body and an hourglass-shaped dispensing head. High-quality, environmentally-friendly function is assured thanks to the dispenser’s patented mechanical vacuum operation.
 
RPC Bramlage-Wiko has provided all dispensers in matching colors to suit OXY® branding – a black container, red dispenser head and clear overcap. All products are then labeled by Mentholatum.
