3 Special Heavy duty slitters for PA+PE

Euromac is presently ready to deliver two very special Heavy-Duty Slitter Rewinders to one of Germany’s leading suppliers of specialty PA+PE based films. The two machines which are technically identical are going to be delivered in mirrored version to cope with the existing roll handling line that the customer is working with. The two machines are featured for incoming mother roll width of 3.600 mm and roll diameters of 1.200 mm and are fully equipped to slit up to 10 finished rolls of final diameter of 1.000 mm on both 76 mm as 152 mm cores. The peculiarity of these two machines is that they are fully equipped with computer controlled positioning system for both rewind stations as for slitting blades. With a single touch on the operating panel the operator is capable to position all the 10 rewind stations in less than 15 seconds, since all the arms are equipped with own ac brushless motor. Also, with similar procedure all blades and counterblades are positioned automatically.

On Thursday 22nd April Paragon Print and Packaging were made aware of the opportunity to purchase the assets of the business for the first time.
