Rotoflex International, supplier of web inspection and finishing equipment, has been acquired by MAI Holdings, the parent company of narrow web press manufacturer Mark Andy. The asset-only acquisition was finalized on December 11, 2008. Rotoflex’s products will continue to be marketed under the same brand name.
