The PolySheet Treater™ is an automated pretreatment solution that provides sheetfed printers with in-house ability to treat and print on a wide variety of non-porous polymer based materials and synthetic papers.
This new pretreatment solution is ideal for any sheet printing process including lithography, UV, EB and Screen Printing. Materials treated with Enercon's PolySheet Treater™ are ready for successful printing on all leading brands of sheetfed presses including Heidelberg, Komori, and Man Roland.
Common materials that require treatment include Polystyrene (PS), Polyvinylchloride (PVC), Polyethylene (PE), Polypropylene (PP), Polycarbonate (PC), and Polyester (PL).
