UPM Raflatac's new RD 200 L adhesive
is optimized for high-performance for clear-on-clear labelling under a wide
range of pharmaceutical end-use conditions. Combined with a thin and clear
polyester face it has an excellent mandrel hold on small-diameter
containers such as vials, laboratory test tubes, ampoules and syringes.
With a PET 36 liner for a smooth adhesive wet-out, RD 200 L provides the
ultimate in clarity. It also contains a luminescent additive that allows it
to be used for missing label detection, a feature frequently used in
pharmaceutical application. Good resistance to water, chemicals and
autoclave sterilization further assures the functionality of this
ultra-clear formulation.
