NOVEMELT-JOWAT LLC INTRODUCES NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM

Novamelt-Jowat LLC is very pleased to introduce its new management team responsible for the North American market. We have added three new managers to our team underscoring our commitment to the North American market and our determination to be second to none in supporting our customer base. All three bring a wealth of industry experience, education, and skill that enhance and expand Novamelt-Jowat’s position in the market.

 

	Jim Auber General Manager – Novamelt-Jowat LLC Jim Auber has been hired as the General Manager of Novamelt-Jowat LLC in Archdale, NC. Jim brings 19 years of adhesive application and web converting industry experience with him. He was the Senior Manager for Global Focus Markets at Nordson Corporation and was most recently the North American Marketing Manager at Bekaert Corporation. Jim has an MBA in international business from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina and a B.A. in Economics and German from Clark University.
	Carla Hartman Sales and Market Development Manager – Novamelt-Jowat LLC Carla Hartman has joined Novamelt-Jowat LLC as the North American Sales and Market Development Manager. Most recently she worked for Cytec Engineered Materials as a Sales Manager within the Pressure Sensitive Adhesives group. Carla has an MBA from the University of Richmond and a B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
	Barbora Lanova R&D / Application Service Manager – Novamelt-Jowat LLC Barbora Lanova joined Novamelt-Jowat LLC in January after two years with Novamelt GmbH in Germany. She is the new R&D and Application Service Manager. Barbora has a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Bonn in Germany and an M.S. in chemistry from the Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic.
