NJM/CLI Introduces the Model 126 Trotter Labeler

NJM/CLI introduces the all new Model 126 Trotter Labeler, a pressure sensitive
labeler designed to label up to 120 bottles per minute. This machine, designed for the entry level market, is ideal for multi-function labeling applications for contract packagers. The machine is equipped with a heavy duty stepper-driven label dispenser, flexible and easily customizable to end user requirements, with the addition of coders and inspection systems.
The machine has a control solution from Rockwell Automation including an Allen-Bradley
MicroLogix 1100 programmable controller to control machine functions. The MicroLogix
controller offers NJM/CLI a cost-effective micro-control solution for control, communication and visualization applications. The system’s standard, off-the-shelf components offer NJM/CLI’s customers easier maintenance and reduce the need to keep spare parts on-hand.
The labeler also features an Allen-Bradley PanelView Component C600 human-machine interface (HMI) to provide a user-friendly interface between the machine and operator. The PanelView Component unit offers superior integration with the MicroLogix controller, as well as advanced features and simple programming. With the HMI embedded software, NJM/CLI customers can add features to the HMI simply by plugging in a lap top with no additional software necessary.
The Model 126 Trotter features an open-frame design with a slide mechanism for the conveyormounted accessories for quick format changes, and will handle a wide range of bottle shapes and sizes. NJM/CLI designed this Trotter labeler to offer customers a cost-effective solution with superior results.
