The LACRUM Velké Meziříčí dairy specialises in the production of cheeses and other dairy products made with a high share of manual work. It offers a broad range of bio products and this line is being enriched constantly. All the products are placed in glass made by Vetropack Moravia Glass.
The 750 ml glass bottle is filled with Amálka fresh bio milk which excels for its totally unique and exceptional taste. It comes from selected bio farms in Šumava (Bohemian Forest region) and Vysočina (Bohemian Highland region). The layer of cream in the neck of the bottle confirms its unique quality and is proof of the traditional processing of the product. It can be mixed into milk and removed to reduce the fat content. Amálka bio milk is finely pasteurised, not homogenised to retain the living milk organisms.
The 180 ml glass jar is filled with Amálka bio sour cream which is suitable for hot and cold cuisine, and also Amálka bio whipping cream. This product was chosen as the bio food of 2009.
Smaller glass containers are filled with Amálka bio fine yogurt containing living yogurt cultures and Amálka processed cheese which excels for its unique taste and spreads well. The glass container provides excellent protection for the contents and guarantees its high quality and freshness.
