Danny Bros: New synthetic material for Fix-a-Form

Always looking to meet customer needs, Denny Bros has regularly produced
Fix-a-Form multi-page labels on synthetic materials for those applications which demand moisture resistance and protection from the elements.

We are pleased to announce that we are now able to manufacture Fix-a-Form multi-page labels on a new, strong synthetic paper, which has excellent print properties and is resistant to moisture making it ideal for use with toiletries, household cleaners, DIY, agrochemical and clinical products. Not only is it printable, it is foldable, tear resistant, fridge-safe and has the ability to be glued and die-cut.

Code-named SP2, the synthetic material looks and feels like paper, but has a synthetic lining, which makes the product extremely strong and durable enough to work on products where paper is not a viable option. Importantly, this highly innovative product is also fully recyclable.

Managing Director Barry Denny explains that the new material has already created much interest: "For many years we have been producing Fix-a-Form multi-page labels using synthetic papers for reasons of durability. This new evolved solution is now available and the new material Fix-a-Forms will be well suited for use in
wet-room and outside conditions, whilst maintaining environmental benefits."

"A synthetic Fix-a-Form is surprisingly affordable which means we should be seeing a lot more of them in the future."

The nature of the product also means that it is ideal for carrying security information and for products where the information needs to be retained.
