After acquiring Rotoflex in late 2008, Mark Andy Inc. has invested heavily in the brand, focusing on R&D and taking a serious look at matching new technologies with what an inspection rewind owner really needs.
The results have been significant! Rotoflex showcased the brand new Genesis advanced control system. The latest in inspection rewind management, Genesis masters MMLD (missing matrix and label detection) and outperforms with tricky multi-lane label count with mix and match repeats. The highly intelligent job management system, easy operator interface and intuitive set-up and run functionality set Genesis apart. Genesis is available on VLI, VSI and DSI models.
Rotoflex VLI, the premier model for all types of film and flexible packaging applications, has broadened its reach. Now available in wider widths of 440mm/17.25 inch and 700mm/28.25 inch, the VLI is ideal for both narrow and now mid-web production. And with Genesis on board, flawless rolls can be elivered every time. Rotoflex was able to further expand its model offering through the 2009 addition of Tracker and Tracker Premier. Both models come from the horizontal format rewinders previously sold under the Arpeco name.
