Sacmi’s key companies - Sacmi Filling, Sacmi Labelling, Sacmi Packaging and Sacmi Imola – will soon be taking centre-stage at Emballage 2010, to be held in Paris from 22nd to 25th November.
On show at stand 4B002 (Hall 4) will be a CCM24S with modest consumption and extremely short cycle times (as low as 2.4. seconds). Yet with its 24 moulds, it is the perfect tool for companies aiming to achieve hourly output rates of 30,000 pieces. Able to produce caps with diameters of up to 33 mm (in PP or PE), Sacmi supplies the CCM24S, as with all machines in the CCM range, with an integrated vision system for on-line quality control.
Among these the Group will be presenting the innovative CVS systems – which can be installed in line or as stand-alone units – that provide precise, reliable inspection of PET performs, plastic and metal closures yet also labels, cans, plastic and glass bottles and pharmaceutical phials/bottles.
The integration of individual machines with the different plant engineering solutions developed by the Group constitutes, in fact, one of biggest advantages of the entire Sacmi product range.
