Alto Packaging was thrilled to receive an Honourable Mention Award at this year’s American In Mould Labelling Awards (IMDA) for Goodman Fielder’s 1KG Meadow Fresh yoghurt tub.
This thin wall injection moulded tub and lid differs to the industry standard dry offset printed yoghurt container that is predominant in the New Zealand market.
Through the use of advanced in mould labelling (IML) technology, Meadow Fresh yoghurt stands out in the supermarket fridge and was the first 1kg yoghurt package of its kind in the New Zealand market. A sophisticated six colour sheet fed offset print process is used to achieve high quality life-like graphics. Made from polypropylene, this tub is 100% recyclable and collectable by council kerbside recycling programs.
