Yesterday the Flower, today the SnowBall and the PrintTutor concepts confirm the GIDUE "Be Better" culture for continuous improvement." Mr. Antonio Iannone, President of Nuceria Adesivi, Italy, one of the major European label converters, states " Our Master Combat surprises us everyday with its profitability. As a matter of facts, the Master Combat just plays another game, introducing new rules and new benchmarks in our industry." The 9 colours Master Combat, full UV flexo, 430 mm. Wide was installed in summer 2010. Mr. Hedy Yani President of PT Menara Cipta Profilindo, Indonesia, a leading label converter in South East Asia, adds "we know GIDUE presses well and we were not surprised, our Short Combat has confirmed all our expectations. It is a clear step forward for our industry, but GIDUE is known for innovation, this is their job and they just did it well again." A 10 colours UV 430 mm.

Wide UV flexo Short Combat press has been installed during Autumn 2010. Mr. Amer Sabha president of Digital Labels Jordan, another leading converter in Middle East, confirms: " we had been approached by some manufacturers of GIDUE "very similars presses...": we preferred to buy the "original" GIDUE press, and were confident in the innovation of the new press lines. Our press converts mainly shrinkable sleeves and we needed fast change-overs, high speed and quality. Job done." A 530 mm wide Short Combat, 10 colours UV flexo has been installed during summer 2010.

Mr. Marcelo Pernuzzi and Enrique Questa, co-owners of Impresa Argentina. A major label converter in South America comments: "there is nothing like producing with a press to prove its strengths and weaknesses. Our Short Combat produced at full speed since day one, and it is giving us since months a real competitive advantage in our market. Again, nothing new for us. When you buy GIDUE you know how it is: when the installation is completed you will need nearly no service for years, producing faster than anybody else around you." A Short Combat 430 8 colours full UV flexo has been delivered during summer 2010.

Nuova GIDUE adds that several new Short and Master Combat presses are due soon and in the first months of 2011 in India, China and many European countries. Mr. d’Annunzio concludes: "We did not expect such a positive market response after the first introduction in April 2010. Short and Master Combat are top-of-the-range technology presses which normally need some time to be introduced in the market. We are probably taking a good advantage from the high level of mutual trust and loyalty with our customers. The key factor is obviously innovation, we are further developing new technologies which will strengthen our competitive advantage for the next years. It is a neverending process: next idea is always round the corner, waiting for us to discover it." Short and Master Combat lines perform flexographic printing for labels, flexible packaging, aluminum and laminated substrates using new innovative concepts like SnowBall and PrintTutor for totally automated printing and converting operations. The presses are offered in several printing and converting configurations, starting with 370 mm up to 630 press width.
