Russia’s biggest packaging fair, a showcase for the world’s very best and thus a not-to-be-missed event for everyone in the industry.
This is Upakova/Upak Italia, which will be held in Moscow from 25th to 28th January 2011, once again in parallel with the international Interplastica fair.
A dual mission, then, for the Sacmi Group, which will be participating in both events with, respectively, the Closures & Containers and Beverage & PET divisions and Negri Bossi, the Group company that is a leading European designer and producer of thermoplastic injection moulding presses.
Upakova will be attended by sales personnel from Sacmi Moscow, Sacmi Imola, Sacmi Labelling, Sacmi Packaging and Sacmi Filling at stand 21C25, hall 2.1 inside the Italian “collective” area supervised by ICE, the national institute for overseas business.
The star of the stand will be the Opera 200 RF labelling machine by Sacmi Labelling. Based on “roll fed technology”, this automatic rotary labeller can handle up to 25,000 bottles an hour. Safe, reliable and user-friendly, Opera Roll Fed can manage containers of different shapes and materials – PET, glass and metal - and can also manage wrap-around labels made of different materials.
