U.S. Industry Association TLMI Selects Schreiner ProSecure’s Contactless Payment Sticker for First-place Award

The Contactless Payment Sticker by Schreiner ProSecure received the first-place award in the “Digital Printing” group in the international competition of the U.S. Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute (TLMI). When applied to cell phones or other personal items this RFID label enables fast and secure contactless payment processes.

The Contactless Payment Sticker converts key chain pendants, bracelets or MP3 players into mobile means of payment. The RFID label either stores amounts of money directly on a protected chip or serves as an identification medium for database-supported transactions using various payment systems. The label is particularly robust in order to withstand daily wear and tear. In addition, a special shield coating ensures reliable operation in metallic environments. The label can be customized in terms of size and layout. Sequential numbers, barcodes or various security features may be integrated as well. The chips used in the labels conform to ISO 14443 and the standards of the Near Field Communication forum for contactless payment functions.
