Xeikon 3500: the market’s most productive label printer
A printing speed of 19,2 m/min (63 ft/min) and capable of handling web widths up to 516 mm (20.3″), the Xeikon 3500 can produce up to 570 square meters (6,135 square ft) per hour. This digital label press is also capable of printing on web widths as narrow as 250mm (13″) and – like the rest of the Xeikon 3000 Series – can print on an unmatched range of substrates including self-adhesive films, unsupported film, paper, transparent and opaque foils, and paperboard with weights ranging from 40 to 350 gsm. The printer utilizes Xeikon’s new QA-I toner, which meets all the applicable FDA guidelines for indirect food contact under room temperature as well as direct food contact for dry food substances containing no surface oil or fat. QA-I toners also deliver levels of light fastness far exceeding others on the market today.
