Edale’s attendance at the fifth annual Security Document World show, held on 5-6 April 2011, formed an important part of the company’s strategy to develop the Commercial Security arm of the business, namely with RFID and scratch-off telecom card applications.
The event proved to be an excellent platform for Edale to demonstrate the benefits of the various solutions that can be offered and Edale’s Sales and Marketing team were on hand at the show to share their knowledge of the company’s equipment, which is all designed and manufactured at their purpose built facility in Hampshire.
It was the first Security Document World exhibition that Edale had attended and Edale’s head of Sales & Marketing, Jeremy Westcott commented “Security Document World was a new event for Edale and as such we were uncertain as to how many leads it would bring in. The enquiries we took were of high quality with some serious potential customers, many of which will be visiting our showroom in Hampshire for demonstrations and
trials.”
