Atlantic Zeiser Scores Double Success at interpack and FESPA Digital

The Atlantic Zeiser Group, a leading provider of technology, module and system solutions for industrial DoD digital printing, enjoyed major success at two of its target trade shows, interpack and FESPA Digital 2011. The company made a raft of new contacts and strong leads, and discussed with customers and prospects the main business challenges they would like Atlantic Zeiser to help them overcome in the future.

Attendees were particularly impressed with the new OMEGA™ 20/25 printing module and a new air-cooled LED curing technology. The compact printer and curing package can print horizontally and vertically, and offers powerful inline integration components for marking, coding and serialising in late-stage customisation.

The company’s track and trace module also attracted much interest from brand owners and manufacturers, who were keen to invest in solutions that help them combat product piracy.

FESPA Digital: Industrial digital printing for optimum late-stage customisation

Atlantic Zeiser presented at the show its integration modules and systems for industrial digital UV inkjet printing to code, mark, serialise and decorate 3D products, packaging and mail shots.

The company demonstrated the major advantages of industrial digital printing, including the ability to print variable data at the latest stage in the production process without compromising quality. Visitors witnessed how print job changes can be made with a click of the mouse during the production process.

Highlights on the Atlantic Zeiser stand included compact coding and marking solutions with the new OMEGA 20i inkjet printer and air-cooled curing device SMARTCURE AIR, as well as the full-color GAMMA inkjet printer.

Ralf Hipp, Vice President Digital Printing and Coding Solutions Atlantic Zeiser, comments: “At interpack, it was clear that a pressing concern for delegates was finding new technologies that can help them improve machine availability and security, and thwart counterfeiting. Our solutions proved very popular because they can easily slot into any production line and provide clear product identification and traceability. Additionally, the DoD inkjet technology guarantees maximum variability and versatility compared to current printing solutions, and is the key to realizing late-stage customisation.”

“Meanwhile at FESPA Digital, we demonstrated how Atlantic Zeiser modules and systems deliver efficient job changes and non-stop availability, enabling users to streamline their operations, improve productivity and increase profit margins by printing variable data on various substrates with the same solution.”
