Ahlström Capital and Accent Equity finalized their arrangements to form a new packaging group

Ahlström Capital and Accent Equity announced in June their plans to combine the packaging industry operations of the two companies. The necessary arrangements have now been completed, and the new company, Arch Packaging Group, and its owner structure became effective as of 26th august 2011. The merger strengthens the competitiveness of the constituent companies A&R Carton and Flextrus, which will continue to operate on the market as separate companies and brands
