Kodak to Highlight Digital Signage that Strengthens Multi-Channel Communications at Customer Engagement Technology World 2011

Marketers and brand owners attending Customer Engagement Technology World (CETW) 2011 will learn how Kodak can help them use digital signage to drive more effective multi-channel marketing programs. Kodak (booth #221) will provide demonstrations and discuss best practices for the development and deployment of digital signage networks during the conference and expo at Javits Convention Center, New York, Nov. 9-10.

“A digital signage network that is based upon a content strategy and backed by a highly effective service team will provide organizations with a very powerful way to communicate and connect with consumers,” said Michael Massey, Worldwide Vice President and General Manager, KODAK Service and Support, Eastman Kodak Company. “From initial evaluation, to strategic planning, to onsite deployment, to ongoing hosting and maintenance, Kodak can help businesses optimize a digital signage network for desired actions and outcomes.”

Kodak’s booth will include a live digital signage network to demonstrate how customers can use these solutions to implement communications programs centered on awareness programs, sales promotions, entertainment or customer education. Professionals from Kodak’s Business Solutions and Services Group will also be available to discuss Kodak’s capabilities in content development, onsite installation, services and maintenance, hardware, software integration, hosting, data storage and content management.

For more than a decade Kodak deployed and managed thousands of digital screens in movie theaters and lobbies around the world. Kodak provided hardware, software, content management and distribution, monitoring and hosting, maintenance and support services across 14 countries in the Americas, Asia and Europe. Kodak is now turning its experience and its expertise in distributed services toward traditional business communications across multiple industries.

“Digital signage is a huge opportunity to strengthen onsite marketing efforts for retail, hospitality or any service-oriented business,” said Massey. “The right message delivered at the right time to the right person can help to spark interest, drive traffic or influence consumers at the point-of-purchase.”
