Over last month, October 2011, PE Labellers have signed the agreement for the technology transfer of Acma/Ocea labelling machines to P.E. LABELLERS Spa.
The agreement states that P.E. LABELLERS Spa will acquire the intellectual property of OCEA machines and will provide OCEA’s customers with after-sales services (supply of original spare parts, machines upgrading, change parts and machines overhauling), as well as technical assistance through its own service network.
This operation will guarantee to OCEA customers continuity of after-sales service and assistance through a leading company in the field of labelling machines, such as P.E. LABELLERS Spa.
