FLEXcon's founder Myles McDonough passes away

On Friday, March 30th, FLEXcon, the Spencer community and the Printing and Converting industry lost a visionary figure whose sincerity, innovation and genuine can-do spirit was truly admired and respected. Myles McDonough founder and Chairman of the Board of FLEXcon Company Inc. passed away.

Myles personified a true entrepreneur whose dedication and determination turned life’s challenges into opportunities. From a simple beginning in a small garage on Maple Street in Spencer, to today’s global workforce with international reach, FLEXcon has always remained his pride and joy.

He was a guiding force that showed us the true meaning of teamwork and optimism. His caring demeanor toward employees and his strong commitment to the growth and prosperity for all, were distinguishing qualities that endeared him to so many.

Myles, you created the foundation for who we are and what we hope to become. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye, but know that you will always remain in our hearts and our spirit.
