FLEXcon, an innovator in adhesive coating and laminating, today announced that the company has signed a binding letter of intent to purchase JDC Coatings Inc.’s silicone PSA line of products including their customer list for those products, as well as the inventory and product specifications. This move extends FLEXcon’s silicone PSA offerings and allows the company to deliver products to serve its industrial customer base with a wider range of products in high-performance applications including adhesion to low-energy surfaces while meeting extreme high and low-temperature performance requirements.
