Kodak appoints Gill Beard, new European Manager for Commercial Business Public Relations and Social Media

With immediate effect, Gill Beard has been appointed Public Relations & Social Media Manager, Commercial Business EAMER.  Based in the UK at Kodak’s offices in Hemel Hempstead, Gill will report to Gudrun Alex, EAMER Marketing Services Director based in Geneva.  Gill is tasked with driving commercial business communications for Kodak in the EAMER region through traditional PR as well as digital media channels.  This will include management of pan-regional communications activities through media and social channels.

Gill is an experienced corporate public relations manager and has held several senior roles during her career at Kodak including Consumer Public Relations Manager, UK and most recently Corporate Public Relations Manager, UK. “Gill’s experience over the last 10 years in these roles has perfectly positioned her to provide effective management of Kodak’s PR programmes in Europe,” says Gudrun Alex.  “We are delighted to make this announcement and look forward to working with Gill in her new role.  Her leadership and coordination of communications within the European country clusters will drive  Kodak’s message ensuring our commitment to our customers and to the wider industry.
