The first OMET XFLEX X4 in Moscow

 

The first OMET XFLEX X4 in Moscow , Russia , has been successfully installed in the printing company "Digital Label" to produce PS and shrink sleeve labels .

Now having all three printing methods and being one of the leaders - digital , letterpress and flexo - the company provides its customers with the most complicated labels of excellent printing quality for mid and short job runs.

«Digital Label» produces packaging and labels . With the idea of increasing the capacities for the production of self adhesive , shrink sleeve and in-mould labels the company has chosen flexographic printing machine OMET XFlex X4 with the web width 370 mm. The configuration of the machine includes corona treater device , 8 UV - printing units , de/relamination unit , web turn bar , cold foil / laminating unit sliding to any position along the press, 2 slots die cutting unit , slitting unit and of course chilled impression cylinders which is an integral part of OMET Xflex .

The printing machine XFlex X4 has been invented to work with traditional printing cylinders in combination with 2 servodrives for each printing unit . Short web path and innovative electronic register control VISION 1 which is development of OMET makes this machine the most efficient for the production. The system «Easy Change» is considered unique on the market and provides the shortest set - up waste and time .
