Team Edale to take part in the Great South Run

‘Team Edale’ are embarking on the 10 mile Great South Run road race taking place in Southsea, Hampshire on 28
October 2012. There are a team of ten Edale runners – and a couple of honorary members – who will be pounding the
pavements in honour of Edale’s chosen charity of 2012 – Naomi House Children’s Hospice.

Naomi House provides support to children and young people with life limiting conditions from across seven counties of
central Southern England. The charity offers planned and emergency respite stays, end of life and bereavement care.
Edale would love your help to try to beat their target for what is a very worthy cause.

As you may already be aware, Edale houses a number of fit and competitive people who take part in races and crazy
challenges ‘just for fun’ – but now you are going to meet the ones who aren’t so fit and are definitely not finding the
training fun!

Team Edale consists of people from various different areas of the business: Jeremy Westcott, Darren Sepala and Chris
Chappel (Sales), James Clark, Dan Tooley, Ben White, Jeremy Turner and Daryl Finter (Design & Technical), Saulius
Mockus (Purchasing) – and the only female contender Jessica Gong!

Unfortunately, Edale’s Managing Director, James Boughton, had to pull out of the race due to Edale’s participation at the
Label Expo India show, taking place from 28 October – 1 November in New Delhi.
