Labelexpo India 2012 will have many new products and innovations being shown for the very first time

Falcontec highlights Econofoil
Econofoil, the innovative rotary hot foiling system is being displayed by Falcontec (stall D10/D9) for the first time at Labelexpo India 2012. Kaygee Loparex introduces innovative release liners
Kaygee Loparex (stall F25) will introduce innovative release liners with breakthrough technologies for the Indian self-adhesive label stock and tape converters. Its new products include: Embedded Print Liners - a revolutionary technology where trademark, logos, text are printed under the silicone coating, thereby adding an anti-counterfeit feature. Tinted Liners - differentiating labelstock by adding colour coding to siliconized side. Muller Martini to demonstrate its expertise in label and package printing
Muller Martini (stall A60) is all set to attract more visitors than ever to its stand at Labelexpo India 2012. The VSOP web offset press, which was recently showcased at the Drupa 2012 and earlier at Labelexpo Europe 2011 in Brussels with stepless, variable size offset printing and its applications, shall be generating keen interest. Going by the trends at the recent Labelexpo shows, it is abundantly clear that package printing is a strongly growing market. Product presentations shall be beamed at Muller Martini’s stall. On display shall be various cardboard product samples and also flexible package printed roll samples (for visitors to pick-up). Technical experts shall be available throughout the show for discussions related to VSOP technology and package printing applications.

 

Precise Graphic India debuts the ID-330
Precise Graphic India (PGI) Pvt. Ltd (stall I30) will be exhibiting at Labelexpo India for the third time and will be launching a state-of-the-art ROTARY INTERMITTENT die cutting machine ID-330 for the digital narrow web PS labels, off-line die cutting. It is a full servo controlled machine for re-pass/re-register die cutting and has a common magnetic cylinder for step-less repeats from 25 mm to 380 mm. This machine is aimed to cater for the needs of die-cutting for digital as well as short run commercial label jobs. These jobs were, earlier, required to be done on old technology of flat-bed machines, where the wastage, quality and productivity are big challenges.

Re Controlli Industriali unveils new CPF sensor roller
Re Controlli Industriali (stall F10) will be unveiling its new CPF sensor roller at Labelexpo India 2012. The CPF sensor roller is a high precision load cell, it reads the web tension and the position of the material on the roller doesn’t affect the value and its precision. The roller is fixed quickly and easily on one side, suitable for label and narrow web presses. One display with three digits shows you the web tension clearly and the amplifier integrated into the roller is easy to calibrate. It is available in different roller sizes and loads. Thanks to its special construction and design, the CPF sensor roller can withstand overloads up to 10 times the maximum load and it is stable to the temperature, pressure and humidity changes.

Stovec showcases solutions at Labelexpo India 2012
Stork Prints’ subsidiary Stovec Industries Ltd. (stall A50) will be demonstrating its unrivalled expertise in many different aspects of rotary screen and digital printing for labels and packaging. On display will be a modular print unit based on its renowned Rotary Screen Integration (RSI®) technology. This RSI Compact unit is easily shifted to the position where screen printing is needed using an optional sliding rail. The print units reach speeds of up to 100 m/min. The RSI print modules can be seamlessly integrated into the architecture, software and mechanics of the latest-generation presses. Benefits include full interaction, user-friendly and a short learning curve. It can be controlled through the main panel of the press.

UNIVACCO presents foil collections
UNIVACCO (stall A13) the metallic & specialty foil supplier will present foil collections (hot, cold and holographic) that are suitable for rotary presses, flatbed machines, narrow-web cold foiling systems, and high speed sheet-fed offset presses. Diverse foil finished labels collected from the worldwide label marketplace will be seen on introducing foiling and printing technologies mixing effect of classic wine labels and cosmetic/alcohol labels. Also, the winning entry piece of 2011 FSEA Silver Leaf Award “CF4.2 Cold Foil Security Effect Label” will be unveiled during the show.

Yupo Corporation highlights synthetic substrates for in-mold labeling
Yupo Corporation (stall B77) will be showing its wide variety of synthetic substrates for in-mold labeling - both blow and injection molding as well as giving an online demo for in-mold labels. Yupo also has a wide range of synthetic substrates for other applications like offset and pressure sensitive. Yupo substrates are water, temperature, chemical, oil resistant and are an ideal choice for any kind of labels.
