UEI Group acquired the assets of Falcontec Ltd., which is headquartered in Halesowen, West Midlands UK. Founded by Stan & Dawn Vigurs, Falcontec has grown to become one of the UK’s premier rotary hot stamping and embossing tooling manufactures supplying the growing pressure sensitive label markets for Home & Personal Care, Food & Beverage, Wine & Spirit and Healthcare industries.
Under Lee Taylor’s guidance, Stan & Dawn Vigurs, and the entire Falcontec team, will continue to operate and manufacture in the Halesowen facility. This will complement UEI Group’s existing manufacturing operations at UEI® Fine Cut’s Lancing facility by increasing market share & manufacturing capacity within the region.
