“We are committed to expanding and strengthening our global reach with highly qualified and creative leaders and we are pleased to welcome Marian to the team,” says Carsten Knudsen, CEO of Esko. “We hope to leverage his experience building sales in emerging markets to provide our expanding customer base with the time and cost savings benefits that come from using Esko’s evolving range of solutions.”

Mr. Zincke brings extensive marketing and operations knowledge to his new position, accumulated over a number of positions including those spanning the past eight years with other Danaher companies. Mr. Zincke was previously Managing Director of Negele Messtechnik GmbH, a manufacturer of sensors and solutions for process measuring and control for the food and pharmaceutical industries. Under his five-year leadership, Negele transformed the business by expanding its presence in emerging markets, such as China and India, and generated double-digit year-over-year growth. He also oversaw significant improvements in external quality, increased on-time delivery, reduced lead times, and implemented business savings and efficiencies.

Prior to joining Negele, Mr. Zincke was at another Danaher-owned company, Jacobs Vehicle Systems, most recently as Operations Manager. Other previous roles include Director at McCann Worldgroup, Program Manager at Future Systems, Inc. and Strategic Market Planning Analyst at Volkswagen AG.

Mr. Zincke replaces Nicolai Gradman, who left Esko to pursue other opportunities.
