Mark Andy recently completed the acquisition of Print Products Inc., a distributor of flexographic printing products for US printers and converters. The purchase marks an important step in support of the on-going strategy of Mark Andy, ‘to provide a total-solutions approach to our customers, printers and converters in the label printing market’.
Print Products, which opened its doors to converters in 2008, is a fast-growing flexo supplies provider in North America, which has enjoyed building a solid customer base and responsive customer service group. For the foreseeable future, Print Products will retain its focus on delivering high quality customer service and technical support to their foundation of customers under its existing name and representatives.
Twelve months ago, Mark Andy, Inc. underwent a transition in leadership, and since then, the company has dedicated much effort and continues to remain highly focused on building a strong foundation of products and services to improve and enhance its relationships with their customers.
