The takeover of the majority stake in Flexotecnica, part of Cerutti Group, by Koenig & Bauer was made official on Thursday 28th of February, 2013, at the close of the Supervisory Board of KBA.
This is a step forward in the restructuring process undergone by Cerutti Group, and it is at the same time the strengthening of already existing and excellent relations between the two Groups.
This agreement represents for Flexotecnica the opportunity of improving its position in the market, by becoming part of a Group that can guarantee an enhancement both from the commercial and the industrial standpoint.
Koenig & Bauer and Cerutti will keep on working together to further develop Flexotecnica and its product portfolio, and therefore for the interest of the market itself.
