Hooven-Dayton opts for EFI Radius ERP Solution

EFI™ has announced that Hooven-Dayton Corporation, one of the 200 largest printing and packaging companies in North America, has upgraded to the EFI Radius ERP system as its business management solution.

"We explored a number of options for upgrading our ERP software and in the end we determined that EFI Radius will provide the most robust solution to our needs. The EFI team was able to demonstrate a solid product and a firm knowledge of our industry," explained Kim Wright, chief operating officer at Hooven-Dayton.

EFI is the world's largest MIS/ERP provider focused exclusively on the printing, packaging and label markets. Miamisburg, Ohio-based Hooven-Dayton joins the tens of thousands of companies around the world that have partnered with EFI to proactively manage their businesses and become increasingly streamlined, efficient, informed and profitable.

"Selecting a software partner is long term strategic decision," said David Taylor, general manager, EFI Radius. "EFI is proud to partner with Hooven-Dayton and pleased that the company recognizes EFI Radius as the market leader for business software in the packaging market."

Like many other companies running older, often disconnected systems, Hooven-Dayton simply outgrew its previous system.

"We needed to find an ERP that could keep up with our rapid growth and demand for information," says Wright. "We are confident that EFI Radius is going to increase our efficiency by allowing us quick, reliable access to our data - the critical information we need to better understand our business - to help us make more informed, proactive decisions and to enable us to serve our customers faster and more effectively."

Hooven-Dayton is excited about its Radius implementation, according to Wright, and is fully aware of the value of working with a team experienced in the process. "The fact that EFI has such an extensive range of experience implementing ERP systems for other label printers gives us great confidence," he said. "They have a solid implementation plan that has been tested, tweaked and proven. We can't wait to start using it."
