In early 2013, a P.E. LABELLERS Adhesleeve labelling machine was installed at the establishment of a well-known dairy producer in Algeria: “Sarl Produits Laitiers Trefle”. The Adhesleeve N 810/18T model of the linerless rotary labelling machine is suitable for roll-fed, wrap-around, pre-glued label applications on 1 l PET cylindrical bottles, with a production speed equal to 30,000 bph. The labelled products are fruit juices and yoghurts-to-drink.
Produit Latiers Trefle, our customer since 2004, turned to P.E. LABELLERS to switch from standard roll-fed labels to pre-glued labels, preferring the state-of-the-art Adhesleeve technology. The water-based pre-glued adhesive labels make the container fully eco-friendly and recyclable. In fact, ADHESLEEVE is considered an eco-friendly labelling machine as it eliminated the use of hot glue and, therefore, all the vapours generated by its heating; moreover, ADHESLEEVE is operator-friendly as it does not require solvents or other harmful products for its cleaning which is a great help for maintaining the worksite clean.
Even for this installation, the cooperation with P.E. MAGHREB, Algerian branch of the P.E. LABELLERS Group, was very important, not only for the support provided to the customer during the decision-making phase, but also for the availability of the local technicians, After-Sales Service and spare-parts supply.
