Zipz has made wine enjoyment easier than ever thanks to innovative packaging development - and PDC shrink sleeve technology. Zipz glasses are food-grade PET plastic, which looks and feels like traditional glassware, but is safe to use in places where glass is not an option. It is covered in patented Zipz Clean WrapTM, which is applied by a PDC Model 50 ERL full-body shrink sleeve system and KST-80 steam tunnel. The PDC Model 50 shrink sleeve system produces a full glass of wine, perfectly sealed, without distortion of the container or the 50-micron shrink material.
This unique and practical packaging allows Zipz wines to be served in stadiums, arenas, convention centers, hotel and resort pool areas, and the beach. Zipz wines are also ideal for everyday celebrations, including outdoor barbecues, backyard gatherings, picnics, concerts, and sporting events.
Enjoying a glass of Zipz is easy: simply pull the tab to unzip the wrap, remove the lid, snap the lid on the bottom, and peel off the seal. Both the Zipz glass and wrap are 100 percent recyclable.
