JHS- OVERHEAD SLITTER
This new high performance robust Overhead Slitter Rewinder combines new technology, features and design in an ergonomic concept. The machine is available in web widths of 1350, 1650, 1800 and 2000 mm, at speeds up to 800 m/min, and available with 600 and 800 mm rewind diameters

SOLVENTLESS LAMINATOR-LM-SF-1300
Karlville Development and Webcontrol are introducing the new Solventless Laminator model LM-SDF-1300T. The Laminator features coating and laminating section in one framework instead of two. With the web already laminated before passing overhead provides significant advantages.
In the 5 roller coating section the dosing-sleeved application- and coating roller are independently driven for consistent and accurate adhesive application. Turret unwind and rewind with auto splice provide continues operation with minimum material waste during roll change.

THREE LAYER COEXTRUSION
Suncentre will showcase their 3 Layer Co-Extrusion Line with Plascontrol Automatic Air Ring and Gravimetric Control system. Producing high clarity, high strength films made from blends of LLDPE, MLDPE, HDPE and LDPE, the Co-Extruders are available in different widths and with a multitude of options, including IBC system, gravimetric blending and trim refeed system.
The 3 layer co-extruder comes standard with AC vector motors with inverter drives, PLC central control system, automatic tension control by load cells, fully motorized bubble cage, horizontal 360 degrees oscillating tower, web guide device and fully automatic double winder.
