Acquisition of the majority stake of Flexotecnica Spa by KBA Group

The majority acquisition of Italian press manufacturer Flexotecnica by Koenig and Bauer Group has been finalized.
Next year the youngest KBA subsidiary will be renamed KBA-Flexotecnica, and will be consolidated into the Group. This integration into a global sales and service network will for sure open up favourable prospects for further development, for the Italian Company.

 

KBA and Cerutti delegations after the closing

Officine Meccaniche Giovanni Cerutti will hold a stake in the firm. Adriano Canette, a descendant of the founding family working in the Company, remains a shareholer too.Dr. Giancarlo Cerutti is confirmed Chairman of the Board of new KBA-Flexotecnica, while Claudio Bisogni is confirmed as CEO.
