The BAPC notes significant uptake and interest in its Legal Advisory Help Line

image One of the most utilised and popular services on offer from the BAPC is the free 24hour, seven days a week Legal Advisory Help line. Statistics received by the Association for usage during 2013 again clearly illustrate that members have a wide and diverse range of issues which require specialist advice.

Noticeable indicators such as the increase in calls on employment matters certainly merit the new dedicated Employment help line which runs alongside the general Legal Advice service.

Commenting on the figures, Sidney Bobb Chairman of the BAPC states “We are very pleased that this service is proving useful to the industry. It is clear that businesses operating within the sector do require professional advice and help on an ongoing basis. I believe this reflects the regard and the need for industry specific trade associations. No doubt some of the issues raised will be highlighted at our forthcoming conference which will be held over the weekend of the 17th January 2014. The theme this year is The best is yet to come and the conference is open to all."
