The new compact finishing line from Grafotronic comprises of an unwind station, a flexo printing unit, that also can be used as a primer or (spot) varnish station. Then a laminator station is available for self adhesive laminates or laminates with backing paper.
With the combination of the flexo and laminating unit, it can also be used as cold foil station. The die-cutting station is special. It can be used as semi as well as fully rotary in register die-cutting. For this purpose the magnetic cylinder can be exchanged into different sizes.
Then an easy to handle slitting station, matrix removal and rewind complete the configuration. In practice, this versatile and compact finishing machine can be used as in-register die-cutting machine for pre-printed material (from digital or conventional printing presses) as well as blank label production line. The machine will be shown in the manufacturing plant early May.
