MCC ACQUIRES MULTIPRINT LABELS IN DUBLIN, IRELAND

Multi-Color Corporation has acquired 100% of Multiprint Labels Limited in Dublin, Ireland effective from 1st July 2014.

Multiprint specializes in Pressure Sensitive Beverage labels for Ireland and the UK. They have common markets, technologies and supply chain with MCC’s Glasgow UK operation.

Multiprint will continue to be run by Mr. John Woods, reporting to our UK President, Mr. Alex Mulvenny. Multiprint revenues are approximately USD 7 million per annum. “We are delighted to have John and team join MCC and provide us with a local operation in Ireland to serve our existing and potential customers there, as well as in the UK,” said Nigel Vinecombe, President and Chief Executive Officer.
