Fort Dearborn Company has expanded their roll-fed label product portfolio with insulating labels. The foam-based labels provide insulating properties to keep product contents hot or cold.
Produced using an oriented polystyrene foam substrate, the labels are shrinkable and conform to slightly shaped containers.
Foam labels are suitable for various container types (plastic, glass, aluminum). Typical consumer applications include beverages to keep the product cooler longer and food applications such as microwavable products to keep the contents hot and protect consumers when handling after heating.
