Fort Dearborn Expanding Shrink Sleeve Capacity

Fort Dearborn have announced the purchase of a new PCMC Aquaflex ELS-MAX press for its Elk Grove, IL facility adding significantly to the capabilities, efficiencies and capacity to support our continued shrink sleeve label business growth.

The flexographic press is capable of printing water-base and UV inks in up to 10 colors. The press also features servo driven (gearless) and sleeve technologies for fast changeovers as well as the latest drying technology.

The new press expands Fort Dearborn’s dedicated shrink sleeve production equipment that includes flexographic, rotogravure and digital printing capabilities.
