Labeltech, stand 6 A 51, presents Ortles slitter rewinder, the evolution of the former IT slitter rewinder. The improved technology permitted the development and integration of two new useful items:
Vajolet, semi automatic turret rewinder and Lavaredo, automatic slitter positioning system for both rotary and razor slitters.
Vajolet and Lavaredo modules will run live on an Ortles 430 slitter rewinder and can be integrated on all Labeltech machines.
Labeltech also introduces its first converting machine Stelvio, modular and compact at the same time. The exhibited configuration includes rotary/semi rotary die cut to register , inspection, 3 different slitting systems (half-cut, scissors and razor) and the outputs roll to roll and roll to sheet.
Sciliar bi-directional horizontal rewinder closes the list of the innovations shown. The high quality of the rewinding tension makes this machine stand out. Will be displayed at Labelexpo with the integration of an Hi-Res inkjet printer.
The company’s two most requested roll lifters will be also available on the booth for demo.
