DP Lenticular Highlights Enhanced MicroFlex™ Lens Array Film at First Labelexpo Europe 2019

DP Lenticular will detail how its newly enhanced MicroFlex™ lenticular rolls are ideal for flexible label printing when it exhibits for the first time at Labelexpo Europe 2019, September 24 to 27, on stand 11C31.

The new MicroFlex™ lenticular rolls are produced using PETG (Recycle Code: 01) resin and have now been made thinner by around 100 microns, making them the thinnest press stable lens array material available on the market today.

Developed by Forward Optics, Inc (USA) in response to market requirements for thickness, resin and recyclability, MicroFlex™ is a press friendly and 100% recyclable thin film with a continuous lens array embossed onto one surface and a gloss printable surface on the opposite surface.

Additional to flexible label printing, the rolls were also designed for the philatelic, ultra thin decoder, tax stamps, brand authentication and anti-counterfeit security printing markets and allow a wide variety of dynamic effects including moiré, depth, hidden images and motion effects.

“We are very excited to be taking a stand at Labelexpo Europe 2019 for the first time,” explains DP Lenticular's founder and managing director Daniel Pierret. “We believe the performance capability, application flexibility and environmentally sustainable characteristics of MicroFlex™ combine to make it a very attractive choice for label printers. We look forward to discussing these elements and more throughout the show.”
