Schreiner ProSecure with its LaserSecure technology offers manufacturers comprehensive protection of their products against counterfeiting. NOREXECO gets license to become the first dedicated forestry and paper exchange

The Norwegian Ministry of Finance has given NOREXECO ASA a license to operate as a regulated market exchange. NOREXECO plans to open up for trading before the end of 2014 and will become the world’s first and only dedicated exchange for pulp and recycled paper. The license covers financial derivatives within forestry and paper. The Future of Product Decoration: The label industry listens to the brand owners

Brand owners – whether they are manufacturing foods, beverages, personal care products, or toys – have a common need: labels for their products. Today, ‘labels’ come in many forms and, as well as identifying the product and its contents, perform additional key roles – decoration, promotion, and a track-and-trace functionality. A panel of brand-owner packaging experts from different market sectors came together recently, courtesy of FINAT, the international label industry association, to debate specifically ‘the future of product decoration’.
